NoCo123 is a grassroots project dedicated to building a shared digital home for Northern Colorado. Guided by the professional work of historian and community steward Oscar Avila, it highlights the region’s histories, cultures, and daily life while also hosting resources, portfolios, and creative works. Though it begins here, NoCo123 is an open invitation: over time, neighbors, small businesses, educators, and local voices will help shape this evolving digital commons for Northern Colorado.
