π Exploring the River Outreach Kit Collection (for the Cache la Poudre River National Heritage Area)
With funding support from the National Park Foundation, the Cache la Poudre River National Heritage Area prepares kits for educators to check out and bring students into contact with real artifacts, sources, and stories surrounding the river and its peoples.
ποΈ Museo de las Tres Colonias Oral History Open House
Co-led an open community event to gather and interpret neighborhood oral histories in partnership with CSU and local families. Helped organize Spanish-English accessibility, intergenerational storytelling, and archival preservation strategies.
π CSU Teaching Assistant β U.S. History
Supported instruction in survey-level American history courses while mentoring first-generation college students. Known for making complex historical topics relatable and accessible across cultural contexts.
π½ "Life Beyond Labor" Exhibit Magnet Board
Curated an interactive traveling exhibit on domestic life, gardens, and foodways in historic Hispanic neighborhoods of Fort Collins. Highlighted heritage crops like corn, beans, and squash through visual and tactile interpretation.
